To start: ¨ First, set your Meditation Timer, you can move the hand or put a number in the field ¨ Second , select your back ground music. Click on the Music Note to select from several soothing music choices Now you are ready to begin. To use for meditation, simply click Begin To use for self hypnosis, think about something you would like to change in your life. Click Begin, breath deeply, relax your body and focus on the change in your life as if it already happened. Imagine every aspect of the change; how it feels, tastes, smells, looks or sense what it’s like for you. Imagine if there are other people involved and how they support you. Imagine yourself in the future, noticing what the changes are like in your life then. Take yourself as far into the future as you like. Do this for 30 days to cement your change….
Use this anytime of the day that works for you. Start out with 10 minutes and build it up to 30 minutes. Practice makes it easier and easier to relax and focus.
